- Payment is requested at the end of each session
- Please call your insurance company to determine if mental health visits outside of network are covered
- At least 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations to avoid session charge
- Payment Options: Cash or Personal Checks
- Upon request a form is provided for you to file insurance claims
